Old door falling apart or just looks rough? A new one changes the whole front of the house and can be a lot stronger in a storm.
What we install
- Steel and insulated doors
- Single and double doors
- Wind-rated doors
- Doors with or without windows
- New openers with the door
- Hauling off the old door
When it’s time for a new door
If the panels are rusted through, cracked, or badly dented, or parts keep breaking every few months, replacing the door is often the better move. Same if you’re tired of a door that’s loud, drafty, or just ugly.
Wind-rated doors for Florida
The garage door is the biggest opening on most houses. In a hurricane or a bad summer storm, a weak door can blow in and let the wind inside. Wind-rated doors and bracing are built to hold up better. Ask about them when you call.
Insulated doors
An insulated door helps keep the garage cooler in summer and quieter year round. If the garage is attached to the house or you work out there, it’s worth considering.
What to have ready when you call
- Width and height of the opening
- Single or double door
- Whether you want windows
- Whether you need a new opener too
Installation questions
Do you take the old door?
Yes, hauling off the old door can be part of the job.
Do I need a new opener with a new door?
Not always. If your opener is in good shape it can often stay. If it’s old, now is a good time to replace it.
